Jackson Swarr is a 2022 SS/RHP, 2B, 3B, MIF with a 6-2 155 lb. frame from Conestoga, PA who attends Penn Manor. Recorded a 6.96 second sixty-yard dash time. Long, lanky frame with plenty of room to fill out and physically mature. Primary shortstop with quickness to his footwork, good lateral range and good lower half usage during the fielding process. Displays clean funnel out in front with quick transfer and accuracy across the diamond from multiple angles. Arm strength recorded up to 82 mph in drills. Secondary right-handed pitcher, square start, slight hip turn into balance with drop and drive lower half mechanics. Works from a three-quarters arm slot with quick arm circle and some whip to his arm stroke, commands both sides of the plate fairly well with two pitch mix. Fastball worked in the upper-70s in this look, topping out at 80 mph with some life through the zone. Secondary offering shows potential for swing-and-miss offering with good spin traits and depth to its 11-5 shape. Plenty of projection remaining with more velocity in the tank with additional strength and maturity. Right-handed hitter that hits from a wider, spread stance with a high back elbow and toe-tap trigger. Incorporates rotational lower half mechanics with elongated swing path and developing bat-to-ball skills. Whole field approach with best impact to the middle-of-the field when on time. Will continue to improver with minor refinements and additional strength.
