Canton Hinson is a 2023 OF/RHP, 2B, MIF, IF with a 5-10 170 lb. frame from Stockbridge, GA who attends Locust Grove. He ran a 7.12 second sixty. A primary outfielder with a medium athletic build. In the outfield he showed good actions working to and through the ball with a longer gather into the long arm action with average carry on the accurate throws. Right-handed hitter, starts slightly open with a lot of hand movement pre-swing creating good separation, he impacted the ball well to right field with some loft to the bat path as he displayed some feel for the barrel. Very good student.
