Patrick Noel Candelaria is a 2027 1B/RHP/3B with a 6-0 185 lb. frame from Austin, TX who attends Bowie. Primary 1B with a physical frame. Moves well around the bag and hops off athletically for his size. Made clean pivots to second and quick turns. Gets the ball out with pace and has a quick transfer and release. Accurate throws with good strength behind them and was up to 78 from there. Showed really good comfort around the bag with good hands that work well for the position. Also ran a 7.19 sixty. Left-handed hitter with a balanced base. Has a strong physical box presence. Uses a small leg lift and stride into contact for timing and rhythm. Showed good bat speed with big strength off the barrel. Could impact it well to the pull-side. Took controlled violent hacks. Power projects well.
