Veer Patel is a 2026 3B/RHP/1B with a 6-1 189 lb. frame from Vidalia, GA who attends Vidalia Comprehensive. Solid frame with broader shoulders and some physicality. Ran a 7.43 60-yd dash. In the INF, showed corner type actions. Longer direct strides to the ball showing avg. footspeed and range. Clean glove/hands that work through the baseball, noticeably well on backhand. Quick exchange with a shorter arm action that got off throws with avg. strength across and present accuracy. At the plate, he sits in an upright stance and uses a simple forward move. Gets into a slight coil at launch. Got to front side a tad early at times. Hands work direct to the baseball with some length through. Flashed some hand speed/strength. More of an oppo approach during his BP round but showed an all-fields approach during gameplay where he sent barrels everywhere while also showing some gap-to-gap power. Looks like there is some more power in the bat to tap into. Named to Top Prospects List.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
