Hamilton Downs is a 2027 3B/RHP/SS with a 5-10 184 lb. frame from Lawrenceville, GA who attends McCallie School. Feature a medium, athletic frame with a strong lower half. Four-pitch mix that includes fastball, sinker, slider and changeup. Throws out of a high three-quarter slot with shorter arm action. Belt high leg kick with a full hip turn into the delivery. Works quick and stays around the zone. More to come with development and growth. In the outfield, he showed athletic actions with the ability to work through. Quick to the ball with a good transfer and keeps the feet moving throughout. Strength is present at the plate with a pull side approach and consistent timing.
