Alexander Almodovar is a 2024 SS/IF with a 5-8 155 lb. frame from Ponce, PR who attends Reborn Christian Academy. Compact build with some present strength and more to come. 7.48 runner in the sixty. Primary middle infielder on defense with a second base profile, has quick hands and fields the ball cleanly out front, good glove position to his backhand, arm works well, makes plays cleanly and has some maturity defensively. Right handed hitter, has a balanced set up and a good hip turn into his swing, stays short and direct to the ball, was consistent in his timing and swing and squared the ball up frequently with a line drive swing plane. Polished player with good skills.
