Tayler Hawkins is a 2023 RHP/OF with a 6-0 150 lb. frame from Cape Coral, FL who attends Mariner. Slender athletic frame. Ran the 60 yard dash in 7.19 seconds. Primary right-handed pitcher, Also worked out in the outfield, came to the ball well, consistently caught the ball cleanly, fields the ball out front. Displayed a strong arm but the accuracy still needs some work. From the mound, throws from a three-quarter arm slot, the fastball sat 82-86 mph with good like, worked best on the outer half. Has a loose fluid, whippy arm, displayed confidence in his pitches and repeated his delivery. Mixed in a tight spin, late breaking slider that sat 72 mph. Good student. Was named to the National Underclass Top Prospect List.
