Christian Gonzalez is a 2021 3B/IF with a 6-0 184 lb. frame from Houston, TX who attends Summer Creek. Medium to Large frame with an already filling out build showing a strong lower half. Ran a 7.15 second sixty yard dash. Primary Third Baseman, bouncing around as he proved to have lateral range while under control at all times. Clean glove work as he scoops it up with confidence and then shuffles into transfers. Proved he could change arm slots with accuracy as he threw it 83 mph across the diamond. Fits the corner infield mold well while showing instincts during workouts and game. Right-Handed Hitter, starting balanced and a touch spread out with active hands. Medium leg lift to stride as he gains ground before firing the hips. Stayed short and simple while utilizing a linear swing path as he proved he could drive it to all fields. Found barrels consistently while impacting the baseball out front. Great Student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
