Joseph Perillo is a 2025 LHP/1B/OF with a 6-1 200 lb. frame from Houston, TX who attends Porter. Primary left-handed pitcher with a strong build and frame. Staggered feet start with a low-belt lift and medium arm swing to a high 3/4 arm slot release. Works direct down the slope with fastball up to 88 mph (2198 RPM). Slider in mid-70s (1867 RPM) and changeup with low spin at 71 mph (1270 RPM). Three-pitch mix with strong durable frame and starter profile. Secondary first baseman with deliberate footwork around the bag and steep over-the-top arm action on throws across the diamond. Recorded a 7.62 second 60-yard dash time. Left-handed hitter with an upright and narrow base. Big knee-knee-lift trigger with busy hands and whip to the barrel through the zone. Excellent student. Named to the Sunshine South Showcase Top Prospect List. Verbal commitment to Texas Tech.
