Daniel Sanchez is a 2022 SS/2B, MIF with a 5-11 165 lb. frame from Aventura, FL who attends Mater Academy. Medium frame with slender, athletic build; ran 60 yard dash in 7.15 seconds. Hits from narrow-based stance, open front hop, quick hands, gets onto front side, swings hard with intent, middle/opposite field approach, shows barrel skills. Worked out in the infield, moves well laterally and shows athleticism, funnels cleanly out front, works through into 3/4 slot release across, clocked up to 81 mph on throws with flashes of accuracy. Good student.
