Jose Doubront is a 2026 3B/RHP/IF with a 6-1 210 lb. frame from Greenville, SC who attends P27 Academy. Doubront works from a physically built and plenty athletic frame for his age. Primary IF, displayed soft hands with a clean fielding funnel. Made plays to both sides with clear arm strength across the diamond up to 88 mph. Projects as a corner INF. On the mound, released from a lower 3/4 slot that created natural movement on FB up to 91 mph. Created easy jump out of the hand with good feel for command. SL had short horizontal break, recording at 2205 rpm. Offensively, the righty showcased dangerous power potential, utilizing a hover trigger with good lower half incorporation in the stroke. Plenty of evident strength in the hands with juice to all parts of the field. Posted an exit velo of 96 mph. Ran a 7.28 sixty yard dash. Good student. Named to Top Prospect List.
