Turner Houston is a 2028 RHP/OF with a 6-0 165 lb. frame from Newnan, GA who attends Northgate. Lean, compact build with plenty of time and room to get stronger. 7.40 runner in the sixty. Primary right-handed pitcher, operates from an abbreviated wind-up delivery and side-steps into a belt-high leg lift. Fastball worked both sides of the plate with some cut to it, peaking at 78 mph. Mixed in a 12-6 curveball with good depth to it as well as a short slider with some tightness to the spin. Projects for an uptick in velocity with additional strength. Secondary outfielder, gets a good first step on the baseball and approaches it with shorter strides. Fields it properly and takes an extra step during the transfer phase. Shorter arm path into a 3/4 arm slot. Kept his throws online while recording arm strength up to 77 mph. Right-handed batter, starts in an open stance with a high hand set-up and high back elbow. Utilizes a simple stride for timing before working into a slightly uphill bat path. Impacted the baseball well to both gaps during batting practice. Showed feel for creating separation and working all parts of the field. Posted an exit velocity of 81 mph. Excellent student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
