Jackson King is a 2025 RHP/MIF with a 5-9 160 lb. frame from Selma, NC who attends North Johnston. Athletic mover with lean current build and a lot of room to fill out. Broad shoulders with the opportunity to add physicality. Ran the 60 yard dash in 7.83 seconds. Primary position RHP, starting square to the plate and reaching solid balance point over the rubber with belt high leg lift. Works with good quick tempo and attacks hitters in the strike zone. Separates hands mid-torso working into short arm stroke as he accelerates through a 3/4 arm angle. Pitchablility is evident. FB getting out of the hand well with cutting action and peaking at 79 mph. CB with 11/5 shape and good arm speed creating some lateness. CH may be best secondary in the low-70's with some arm side fade. Reps on the IF as well, working glove in the middle of the body and making plays. Reached 77 mph with throws here. RHH working from a slightly open stance, high hand set and high back elbow. Compact stroke flashing good hand speed and ample ability to use the whole field. Flashed occasional loft and pop to the pull side. Very good student who is currently uncommitted.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
