Esteban Acevedo is a 2024 OF/RHP with a 6-0 170 lb. frame from Moca, PR who attends Carlos Beltran Baseball Academy. Large frame with a lean build, room to fill out physically. Ran a 7.09 second sixty yard dash. Primary Outfielder, sitting back a bit before working through the baseball. Clean gather out front while carrying momentum to target. Longer arm stroke with accuracy to the bag. Throws up to 80 mph. Secondary Right-Handed Pitcher, higher leg lift working above the belt before stride. Smooth actions staying athletic in the motion. Higher arm slot while staying direct to dish. Repeatable actions on the mound. Fastball up to 76 mph with good feel to land on either side of the plate. Mixed in a breaking ball in the upper-60's with slurvy actions. Pitched the contact and was confident in his arsenal. Right-Handed Hitter, even base with hands behind the ear. Strides out and works into a leveraged cut. Impacts with authority when he times it up properly. Projects power down the road as the frame fills out. Great Student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
