Alex Kilgo is a 2028 RHP/3B/OF with a 5-6 142 lb. frame from Kennesaw, GA who attends Mount Paran Christian. Medium, compact frame with some present athleticism and plenty of projection remaining. Primary right-handed pitcher, utilizes a full wind-up delivery from the first base side of the rubber. Lifts his front leg just above the belt before breaking the hands at the chin. Separates into a shorter arm path and accelerates into a three-quarters arm angle. Has evident quickness in the shoulder with some power locked up in the lower-half. Fastball showed gradual arm-side run while working both sides of the plate; topped out at 79 mph. Mixed in a well-tunneled curveball with late depth and spin up to 2554 rpm. Secondary third baseman, uses a clean prep stap and takes efficient routes to the baseball. Shows the glove on-time and funnels the ball smoothly. Displayed developing lateral range and adjustability on the run. Delivered accurate throws across the diamond while recording arm strength up to 72 mph. Right-handed hitter, starts in an upright, even stance with a high back elbow and tight hands. Utilizes a simple weight shift for timing before working into a rounder bat path. Swing can get lengthy at times. Displayed developing bat speed along with the ability to work the entire field. Projects for more power with additional strength and mechanical refinement. Posted an exit velocity of 68 mph. Ran a 7.67 sixty-yard dash. Excellent student.
