Connor York is a 2028 MIF/RHP/OF with a 6-0 175 lb. frame from Knoxville, TN who attends Knoxville Catholic. Lean athletic build with some projection remaining. 6.75 runner in the sixty. Primary middle infielder on defense, moves well and shows quick twitch athleticism, polished glove work, charged the ball really well, arm works well and makes accurate throws, next level middle infield tools/skills. Also worked out in the outfield. Right handed hitter, sets up in a straight stance with a turned in front side and buried hand load, has loose hands and some bat speed, has to work to get the barrel out early from his load, has feel for the barrel when on time with solid middle of the field line drive contact. Took a turn on the mound, throws from an abbreviated wind up with quick pace and some energy into release, landed closed at times. Fastball topped out at 83 mph and threw strikes with it. Threw a hard slider with occasional depth often and effectively. Flashed a change up. Good athlete who will keep improving in all areas. Good student. Named to the Ohio Valley HS All-State Games Top Prospect List.
