Tanner Sultan is a 2028 OF/RHP, IF with a 5-8 140 lb. frame from Tucson, AZ who attends Catalina Foothills. Features a medium sized frame with present positional athleticism. Ran a 7.80 60-yd dash. In the OF, he showed an aggressive approach to the baseball where he worked through it clean while maintaining body control through reception and into his throws. Kept a shorter arm action in the OF where he got off a majority of accurate 1-hop throws up to 77 mph. In the INF, there was some rawness in the actions but his feet showed quickness and he fielded everyball clean. Worked fast to release and used a similar shorter AA. At the plate, he sits in a wider slightly open stance. Uses a simple trigger that keeps him balanced and gets him on-time. Exhibited present quickness to the hands that threw a direct barrel working it more short-to-long through the zone. Produced several barrels into both gaps throughout his round and had one in-game as well into the RC gap. On the mound, he showed a low-effort and repeatable operation. Arm works clean/easy to a normal ¾ slot. Some slight crossfire. His fastball worked up to 76 and he was able to land his mid 50s slurvy breaker effectively in the strike zone. Was named to the Top Prospects List.
