Xavier Otto is a 2022 SS/2B with a 5-10 160 lb. frame from Tigard, OR who attends Tualatin. Ran a 6.72 60 yard dash. Medium frame that has good athleticism to it. His speed is his best present tool. He can tear it up on the base paths and will steal bags at will. Good arm in the infield and can throw well from multiple arm slots. Smooth glove work and has athletic reactions, good hands for the infield. Even base as a hitter with quick hands. Has some bat speed and contact ability. Shows a bit of pullside power in BP and works deep counts consistently. Good eye at the plate.
