Alexander Garay is a 2023 1B/3B with a 6-0 205 lb. frame from Cape Coral, FL who attends Oasis Charter. Bigger frame with a larger build. Ran an 8.62 60-yard dash. Pimary corner infielder. Worked out at first base, fielding the ball up the middle as he funneled into the throw. Had smooth turns while working on throws to second. Throws were accurate to the bag. A right-handed hitter with some physicality in the swing. Hands are set high with a high back elbow. Uses a quick toe-tap trigger and drives thru the zone while working the middle of the field during his round of BP. His hands get deep in the load as he uses his toe-tap to get set to hit. Produced 83 mph exit velocity during PG Tech testing. Excellent student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
