Christian Knight is a 2023 C/RHP, 2B, SS with a 5-9 170 lb. frame from Concord Township, OH who attends Riverside. Medium build, ran the sixty in 7.45 seconds. A primary catcher, he handles his body well and has advanced catch and release skills. His best pop time was recorded at 1.97 seconds and his top velocity was 75 MPH. At the plate, he's a switch-hitter who works out of a slightly open stance and uses a toe tap timing mechanism. Showed a flat bat path through the zone to go along with quality bat speed. On the mound his fastball topped out at 82 MPH and had arm side running action. His curveball showed 3/4 shape. He's also a great student in the classroom.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
