Brayden Johnson is a 2025 OF/LHP with a 5-11 165 lb. frame from Flowood, MS who attends Hartfield Academy. Primary left-handed pitcher with a medium frame and solid build. Recorded a 7.75 seconds 60-yard dash time. Fundamental footwork on approach to gather working in the outfield. Displayed some arm strength and carry on throws to the bases with online accuracy. Secondary left-handed pitcher with a high-belt lift and slight crossfire delivery down the slope. Repeats his mechanics and controls the strike zone with a fastball/slider mix. Creates solid angle at foot strike with closed landing and horizontal break to slider. Left-handed hitter with a short knee-lift trigger stride and quick hands through the zone. Works best through the middle and to the pull side with impact out front. Excellent student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
