Will Fitzhugh is a 2027 3B/RHP, 1B with a 6-2 210 lb. frame from Daphne, AL who attends Bayside Academy. Tall, athletic build with present strength to the frame. Ran a 7.96 60-yard dash. Right-handed hitter, open front side with narrow feet and high hands in the stance, deep hand load and a longer path to contact. Has quality bat speed and strength working to the middle of the field consistently. Swings with intent to do damage. Primary third baseman, corner type actions with choppy footwork, clean two hand funnel out front with longer transfers and solid arm strength across the diamond. Recorded throws up to 80 mph. Secondary right-handed pitcher, longer arm path in the back to a high three-quarters release point. Works downhill and creates angle, featured a two pitch mix. Ran the fastball up to 79 mph (1901 RPM) and worked in the 76-79 range. Mixed a curveball with downer shape, up to 66 mph (2037 RPM). Good student. Named to 2024 Deep South High School All-State Games Top Prospect List.
