Christian Ruohonen is a 2027 2B/OF with a 5-0 99 lb. frame from Avondale, PA. He has a smaller frame with a slender build that has plenty of physical development ahead of him. Ran the sixty yard dash in 9.03 seconds. Primary second baseman that has quick feet and is able to consistently work into a good fielding position. He showed nice athleticism in moving to both directions and has a good feel for the glove. He throws with a short arm action and has developing arm strength that will undoubtedly get better as he continues to mature. Secondary out fielder that fields the ball in the middle of his body and throws with the same arm action that he did on the infield. Right-handed hitter that starts in an even base that is slightly open with high hands and a high back elbow. He has a rotational swing with a downhill swing path. He uses a double toe tap trigger for timing and looks to pull the ball. He made his best contact when staying back up the middle of the field.
