Christopher Brock is a 2021 RHP/1B, 3B with a 6-2 210 lb. frame from Feasterville, PA who attends Father Judge. Recorded a 8.59 second sixty-yard dash time. Large frame with long levers and some present strength. Primary right-handed pitcher with a developing feel for pitching and fairly simple delivery. Incorporates tall-to-fall mechanics with inline and slightly closed landing position. Works from a high three-quarters slot with slight stab on the backside of the arm swing, producing some life to the fastball when in sync. Fastball worked in the mid-to-upper 70s for the most part, topping out at 78 mph with lateral movement to the arm-side. Developing secondary offering that varies in shape but shows best when throw with 12-6 shape and gradual depth. Secondary middle-infielder; developing defensive skill set with deliberate footwork into and through the fielding process. Incorporates segmented actions into the funneling process, transferring fairly well into the throwing motion and delivering accurate throws across the diamond. Recorded arm strength up to 75 mph in drills. Right-handed hitter that hits from a fairly simple set up with linear stride out to foot strike and rotational lower half mechanics. Aggressive approach with best impact to the pull-side when on time and able to create leverage out in front. Developing bat-to-ball skills with slightly elongated swing path and some feel for the barrel. Excellent Student.
