Yeickxel Rivera is a 2027 C/OF with a 5-11, 175 lb. frame from Ponce, CL who attends Carlos Beltran Baseball Academy. Medium athletic build with very good strength for a 2027. Right handed hitter, has present bat speed and uses his strength well, has present power and can drive the ball with carry, especially to the pull side, nice looking swing with tons of potential when it all comes together, still developing consistency but that will come with repetitions. 7.39 runner in the sixty. Primary catcher on defense, has good lower half athleticism and quickness, stays directional well in his throws, transfer and arm action are longer at present but the arm strength is there. Promising young catcher whose bat stood out.
