Dylan Davis is a 2026 C/2B/SS with a 5-9 180 lb. frame from McDonough, GA who attends Union Grove High School. Strong compact build, runs a 7.25 60-yard sprint. Priimary catcher on defense, throws with a short arm action and a quick release to second, replaces his feet well and has lower half athleticism, received and blocked well in the games. Also worked out in the infield, footwork was solid through the ball, tends to cut his throws, second base actions. Swings the bat from both sides of the plate. Loads the hands high right handed, shifts weight to backside, downward barrel with some decent pop. Similar mechanics from the left side, short leg lift with quick hands. Excellent student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
