Migueldavid Cabral is a 2024 C/1B with a 6-0 215 lb. frame from North Bergen, NJ who attends North Bergen. From a strong broad build, Cabral worked from behind the plate successfully receiving the ball out in front with accuracy to his throws. Cleaning up the footwork slightly will drop pop time in the future. Cabral also showcased the stuff on the mound, flashing a two pitch FB CH mix from a short compact arm motion. He pitched to contact and let his defense work. Offensively, Cabral started from a slightly open stance with a high leg lift and compact hands inside the baseball. He created solid backspin with lift and used his frame to generate power to all parts of the field. Ran a 7.78 60 yard dash.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
