Owen Helms is a 2027 RHP/1B/3B with a 6-4 195 lb. frame from Cumming, GA who attends Denmark. Tall high waisted and projectable young pitcher's build. Works from a standard side step delivery with a belt-high leg tuck over the rubber, lands slightly open out front and his arm will be late at times, could get downhill more consistently. Fastball topped out at 85 mph, more there with additional strength. Change up was a good pitch with nice arm speed and some fading life, good feel for landing the change up. Also threw a short curveball that can be tightened up. Used all his pitches and was around the plate and challenged hitters. Good student.
