Kyle Estimond is a 2028 SS/RHP/OF with a 6-0 165 lb. frame from Tallahassee, FL who attends North Florida Christian. Long and lean athletic build with plenty of room to get stronger. Right handed hitter, hits from a simple tall stance with a short stride into contact, tight hand start, stays inside the baseball, has some uphill plane to his swing, mostly middle of the field contact, bat speed and ability to drive the ball will keep improving as he gets stronger. 7.17 runner in the sixty. Primary shortstop on defense, tends to play tall and can get into his legs more, has quick feet, hands are his best defensive skill at present, glove is adjustable and sure, throws well from different slots and makes accurate throws, has the actions to stay in the middle infield. Also worked out in the outfield, arm worked well and is projectable, has a measured approach through the ball. Took a turn on the mound, works from a hybrid side step start with a slight coil over the rubber, longer arm swing to a 3/4's arm slot, short stride down the mound. Fastball was in the low 80's and topped out at 84 mph. Slider was a good pitch thrown with conviction and a lateral sweeping break. Has potential as a two-way prospect. Excellent student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
