Zane Keele is a 2027 3B/RHP/MIF with a 5-10 180 lb. frame from Dover, AR who attends Russellville. Stocky medium build with some present strength to build on. 7.24 runner in the sixty. Primary third baseman on defense, has basic fundamental actions, will tend to bend at the waist fielding, some carry on his throws across. Left handed hitter, sets up in an upright and straight stance with a short knee lift timer, has a short and direct swing path, can get more extension through the ball to use his strength, hands driven swing at present, best contact to the pull side. Also pitched, worked from a deceptive cross fire delivery from the wind up but a more conventional direct line delivery from the stretch, repeats his mechanics well and showed some feel for pitching. Fastball topped out at 82 mph. Curveball was his best pitch with sharp 11/5 to 12/6 shape and tight spin. Outstanding student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
