Chase Anello is a 2026 C/2B/3B with a 5-10 170 lb. frame from Wesley Chapel, FL who attends Wharton. Medium build with some present strength and more to come. 7.46 runner in the sixty. Primary catcher on defense, has compact actions and sound fundamentals in his receiving and throwing, comes out of his crouch well, quickness over arm strength throwing the ball, consistently clean exchange and release, well schooled young catcher. Left handed hitter, hits from a spread stance with a short stride into contact, big barrel tilt start, has present bat speed with a pull and lift approach, ball comes off the barrel hard and he was able to show his power potential. Excellent student.
