Tommy Gasner is a 2028 1B/LHP/OF with a 6-1 210 lb. frame from Huntley, IL who attends Huntley. Big and strong athletic build. Left handed hitter, sets up in a slightly open base with a high hand load, gets to his front side early, has strength in his hands and present bat speed, looking to pull and lift, created pull side power and showed it well. 7.21 runner in the sixty. Primary first baseman on defense, has step by step actions to the ball, good footwork when fielding with a quick exchange on his throws, has arm strength for the position, solid overall actions. Also worked out in the outfield, limited outfield actions with first base type actions fielding and throwing but is a good enough athlete to learn the outfield with repetitions. Good student. Named to the PG High School All-State Select Championship Top Prospect List.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
