Victor Coronado is a 2025 SS/3B with a 6-3 195 lb. frame from Rosharon, TX who attends Lutheran South Academy. Big and strong athletic build with lots of projection remaining. 7.19 runner in the sixty. Primary shortstop on defense with a third base future as he continues to get stronger, moves well for his size and works through balls well, clean hands to the back hand, has the occasional glove tap to slow down his release, solid arm strength across the diamond. Right handed hitter, hits from a wide base with an inward toe tap into his stride, gets his back side into his swing well, has bat speed and plenty of strength when connecting out front, creates back spin to the pull side. Excellent student, verbal commitment to Texas.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
