Phillip Folmar is a 2025 RHP/SS/OF with a 5-8 145 lb. frame from Morristown, NJ. Medium frame with some length and plenty of room to fill. Ran an 8.07 second 60-yard dash. Primary right-handed pitcher, works a deliberate delivery, coiled leg lift into a short stride to foot strike, works through a three-quarters arm slot to fill the zone with a two-pitch mix, fastball held velocity throughout the outing, shows feel for the curveball in the zone, repeats well and has a ton of time to project. Secondary shortstop, worked out in the infield with clean actions to both sides, fields it a little close to the body but gets it done and showed accurate throws across. Right-handed hitter, sets up even with a high back elbow, uses quick hands on a slightly lifted bat path to create line drive contact to the middle and pull side.
