Sawyer Egan is a 2027 3B/RHP, C, OF, UT with a 5-10 168 lb. frame from Humble, TX who attends Atascocita. Slender build with good length to project on. Ran a 7.35 in the sixty. Primary infielder with moves well for size and plays it well on the backhand. Some uphill carry but accurate throws and game-like actions. Good footwork and quickness, range to either side. Also showed an accurate arm in the outfield and gets on top of throws. Stays through his funnel well and releases on time. Good accuracy on a line and looks the part out there. Also pitched, windup just off the first base side into a high three-quarter slot with a deliberate in-line finish. Some funk and deception, hidden a bit through the back. Sells changeup awfully well and mimics with big fade. Good slider that tailed well, showed a sound mix with feel to spin. Right-handed hitter who fires hands in a tight wind. Solid intent and quick, short path. On the barrel to all fields and showed well.
