2022 13U/14U Sunshine South Showcase (Tues/Wed)
Jack Dyment is a 2026 SS/RHP, 2B, 3B, MIF with a 6-0 160 lb. frame from Pearland, TX who attends Pearland Dawson. Posted a 8.06 in the 60. Primary SS with a solid build and showed some great upside to build on both sides of the game. He moves well in the infield and glove actions are clean, hands work soft with a loose and easy low slot with momentum and a good clock. On the mound the right-hander showed feel for a simple delivery showing a young two-pitch mix. He peaked the fastball at 76 with a loose 12/6 shaped breaking ball. Decent feel for the mound and the versatile arm projects well. Right-handed hitter has a longer path through the zone and developing feel for the barrel. Athletic and coordinated enough to progress the hit tool smoothly, good flashes of impact and bat to ball skill when he connects.
