Peyton Poker is a 2026 C/RHP/OF with a 5-11 175 lb. frame from Baraboo, WI who attends Baraboo. Medium athletic build with some present strength. 7.22 runner in the sixty. Primary catcher on defense. During throw downs, operated from a knee down and squared set up. Gets out the quick but doesn't gain much ground as direction takes him slightly into RH batters box. Strong exchange/transfer at the upper chest and gets it out quick. Some whip/speed to the arm getting off throws with above avg. strength for his level with accuracy. In the OF, used an aggressive approach to the baseball. Worked low to the ground and fielded it clean and out front. Showed some decent quickness out the glove and to release. Longer arm action that got off downhill throws to the bag with noticeable strength, carry and accuracy. At the plate, he works from a medium open base with loose hands. Showed a rhythmic leg lift trigger that gets him off his backside with some drift at times. Loose wristed LH stroke where he turns the barrel on a slight uphill path with length to and through contact. Flashes of above avg. bat/hand speed and some strength at impact. Displayed decent barrel accuracy working hard LD/FB contact through the middle of the field. Aggressive damage intent to each swing. Very good student.
