Patrick Ferguson is a 2027 OF/RHP, 3B with a 5-9 150 lb. frame from Houston, TX who attends Memorial. Thin, proportional build with some budding lean strength showing in the upper half levers. Ran a 7.54 60-yard dash. Primary outfielder, developing accuracy to the bag, shows some advanced arm strength for the class with throws up to 81-mph from the outfield grass, showed an ability to work through the baseball, impressed in game as well with solid range and more accurate throws when under control. Secondary right-handed pitcher, full windup from the middle of the rubber, small leg dive into a belt high leg lift, three-quarters slot, controlled operation, repeats it some, sells the change-up nicely with fade and kills about 600 RPM of spin on it, solid look to the slider in the upper 70's, showed a lot of components to like. Took reps in the infield, more accurate throws here, fundamental round with deliberate footwork. Right-handed hitter, wider base with hands staying level in load back to the chest, tries generating some juice and lift, small stride with small rock to backside, working to release the barrel out front with extension. Promising prospect with solid present arm strength that has a good chance to project.
