2025 PG High School All State Select Championship (26-27 Grads)
Alec Wentrcek is a 2026 OF/C with a 5-8 190 lb. frame from Spring, TX who attends Klein Cain. Compact build with good present strength. 7.02 runner in the sixty, was 4.41 home to first from the right side. Primary outfielder on defense, takes good routes to and through the ball, fields the ball cleanly off his front foot, carries his momentum into his throws, made accurate on-line throws with some carry, very sound fundamentals and execution. Right handed hitter, sets up in a spread stance with a big hanging leg raise load, deep hands to start, swing can get long and timing intensive, swings hard and has some raw bat speed and lift but will need to continue to refine his timing and barrel accuracy. Good student with a commitment to Arkansas State Mid-South.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
