Christian Olsen is a 2027 3B/RHP/2B with a 5-11 205 lb. frame from Boca Raton, FL who attends Cardinal Gibbons. Stocky build with good present strength. Right handed hitter, sets up in an open stance with a busy load into his swing, very aggressive swing approach with fast and strong hands and plenty of lower half rotational and turn, lots of present raw power if he can get timed up in games and use it. 7.18 runner in the sixty. Primary third baseman on defense, has good footwork moving laterally, most comfortable throwing from a high 3/4's arm slot, has some carry on his throws from on top. Took a turn on the mound, works from the stretch with slow to fast mechanics and a high 3/4's arm slot. Fastball sat in the low 80's with some carry and missed some barrels. Curveball was a solid pitch with good spin and shape and thrown for strikes. Sequenced well and had an effective outing.
