2025 PG High School All State Select Championship (26-27 Grads)
Maximilian Pliske is a 2027 1B/RHP/OF with a 6-4 200 lb. frame from Fort Lauderdale, FL who attends St. Thomas Aquinas. Long and tall athletic build with some present strength and more to come. Right handed hitter, sets up in a spread and open stance with a hand drop load, strides open at times, long and extended uphill swing plane, power approach with strong hands at contact, got into his power very well in the games with a home run and double. 6.83 runner in the sixty. Primary first baseman on defense, moves well laterally, gets the glove down early, stays balanced well, rotational thrower. Also worked out in the outfield but is limited by his arm action on the grass. Took a turn on the mound, works from a big side step delivery with a high leg raise and long stride down the mound, 3/4's arm slot. Fastball topped out at 83 mph with some run and sink, got his fastball into right handed hitters effectively. Still developing consistency on his curveball, will flash 12/6 shape when he stays on top of it. Good student. Named to the 2025 High School All-State Top Prospect list.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
