Ryland Forks is a 2027 OF/MIF with a 5-10 160 lb. frame from Fulshear, TX who attends Fulshear. Primary Outfielder with good strength and athleticism. Works to the ball well with a deep two hand gather. Gets it out cleanly and was up to 81 from the outfield with good carry and accuracy behind his throws. Also played infield with shorter arm action working around the ball well. Could get it out cleanly with a quick transfer and release and was up to 75. Also ran a 7.03 sixty. Right-handed hitter with an even and balanced base. Uses a small leg raise and stride into contact for timing and gets the foot down on time. Could clear his hips well and rotates hard at the top half of things. Showed good impact off the barrel especially to pull. Creates leverage out front and could launch balls when on time and on plane. Good strength in the hands from a compact frame. Excellent Student. Named to the South All State TP List.
