LATEST PG SHOWCASE REPORT
2024 WWBA Workout Showcase (June 21)
Michael Miraglia is a 2026 SS/RHP/2B with a 5-9 145 lb. frame from Pinecrest, FL who attends Palmer Trinity. Medium frame with some wiry strength and lean overall makeup with plenty of time to add more physicality. Ran the 60 yard dash in 7.26 seconds. Primary position infielder, with good first step quickness and feel for the clay. Super quick and accurate hands with advanced feel for the glove. Solid arm with carry and accuracy reaching 85 mph across the diamond. Reps in the outfield as well, using one hand gather to the side before midline transfer. Longer arm action here with feeds back to the infield up to 83 mph. Switch hitter, working from a balanced and even base from the right side. Bigger take back with hands and smaller leg lift to get moving. Steeper path to impact with a level finish, on the barrel quite a bit with lower line drives. From the left side, similar setup with more natural loft here. More bat speed here and was a bit inconsistent with timing but projects well. Legitimate offensive talent from both sides. Excellent student as well.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
