Trystan Cook is a 2028 SS/2B/3B with a 6-1 170 lb. frame from Sugar Land, TX who attends Strake Jesuit College Prep. Primary MIF with a lean and athletic frame. Works to the ball well with footwork and good feel. Gets to backhand just fine with lateral range. Sets himself up nicely to make throw on time. Moves well to the ball and light on his feet with quick feet. Showed a clean slot working up the middle with adjustability. Can work around and just showed fluid actions in general that project to get better. Was up to 81 from across the diamond and also ran a 7.28 sixty. Right-handed hitter with an even base. Swings with good rhythm from a short and direct swing path. Showed good strength off the barrel especially to the middle of the field. Good bat speed that should continue to get better. Good Student.
