2024 North Indoor Showcase
Noah Melby is a 2026 RHP/1B, 3B with a 6-6 210 lb. frame from Brookfield, WI who attends Brookfield East. Tall lean frame, high waisted with strong legs. Moderate lift with easy extension down the plane. Loading up the zone with the fastball early in counts. Short slider is an effective barrel misser but sharp or biting enough to produce frequent whiffs. Purely horizontal one-plane action. Long arm action and methodical delivery. Useable arm at a varsity level currently with a good body and projection has a chance to grow into something more when he gains explosiveness. Flashed a good fade changeup that was tunneled well late in the outing. Excellent student. Named to the Top Prospect list.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
