Jack Berinato is a 2023 OF/MIF with a 5-10 170 lb. frame from Wakefield, MA who attends The Winchendon. Medium, athletic frame with square shoulders and present physical strength proportioned throughout frame. Strong runner, posted a 6.79 60-yard dash, an event best. Primary outfielder, speed plays in actions and shows quick and clean footwork on the approach to the ball, remains compact with transfer and into arm action through the back, shows some present accuracy on throws and strength will continue to develop moving forward. Right-handed hitter, begins with a slightly open and narrow stance in the box with a high back elbow. Loads hands at start of swing, employs a middle of the field approach and incorporates physical strength well to generate nice present bat speed through the zone. Occasionally gets downward with path, remains compact through the zone and point of contact with quickness in hands. Very good student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
