LATEST PG SHOWCASE REPORT
2024 National Showcase
Charlie Wortham is a 2025 C/3B/OF with a 6-0 187 lb. frame from St. Peters, MO who attends De Smet Jesuit. Medium athletic build with good present strength. 6.74 runner in the sixty. Primary catcher on defense, is athletic out of his crouch, gains ground into his throws, does a good job of staying low and flexible, solid arm strength with on line throws. Right handed hitter, sets up narrow with a big leg raise and stride into contact, swings hard and creates bat speed, real tight turns on the ball, uphill swing plane and geared for power, mostly pull side contact but made game adjustments for an extra base opposite field hit. Bat has a chance to play on an athlete at a premium position. Very good student, verbal commitment to Mississippi State.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
