Aaron Clum is a 2027 SS/RHP/IF with a 5-10 170 lb. frame from Mullica Hill, NJ who attends Clearview. Smaller, athletic build with plenty of projection remaining. Primary shortstop, gets a good first step on the baseball and takes short strides to it. Funnels it cleanly and adjusts the glove well to his right-side. Accelerates his shoulder well into release. Delivered accurate throws across the diamond while recording arm strength up to 81 mph. Right-handed hitter, starts in an even stance with tight hands. Turns quickly to the point of contact, working into an uphill bat path. Utilizes his lower-half to its full potential, shifting his weight efficiently into impact. Has evident strength in the hands with more power to project on. Posted an exit velocity of 88 mph. Ran a 7.48 sixty-yard dash. Great student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
