Ben Fineberg is a 2027 C/3B/OF with a 5-11 185 lb. frame from Rye, NY who attends Rye. Medium athletic build with good present strength. Primary catcher on defense, sets up one knee down, is quick out of his crouch and has good lower body quickness, gains ground into his throws, has a short and compact arm action and made accurate throws with solid present arm strength. Has the tools and athleticism to be a solid defender behind the plate. Right handed hitter, starts from an open stance with a simple and direct swing that he repeated well, controls the barrel and squares the ball up, mostly gap to gap contact and can create some back spin. Excellent student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
