2025 PG Class of 2028 All-American Games
Tyler Sharp is a 2028 1B/RHP/OF with a 5-11 190 lb. frame from Raleigh, NC who attends Millbrook. Bigger physical build with good present strength. Right handed hitter, sets up in a balanced stance with a busy hand load, rocks back into his swing before a big shift forward, swings hard and creates some bat speed, longer swing with lots of timing points but ball comes off the barrel hard when squared up. Primary first baseman on defense, fields the ball cleanly and has good hands, some raw arm strength but tends to get rushed in his throws. Also worked out in the outfield but is better suited for first base defensively. Also pitched, works exclusively from the stretch with a slow paced rotational delivery and an over the top arm slot, deep arm action in back, has energy at release. Fastball topped out at 84 mph and was mostly straight with good downhill plane. Still developing feel for a curveball and change up. Bat is his tool. Excellent student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
